Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

 

Carriers: [USPS/UPS/DHL] with tracking sent by email.

 

Estimated delivery times: US 5–10 business days • International 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs).

 

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Pre-orders/Backorders will show an estimated ship date on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges 

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier scan).

 

Items must be unused, in original packaging. For hygiene, opened beauty/cosmetic items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

 

To start a return: email returns@glossebeauty.com with your order #, item(s), and photos if damaged/defective. We’ll reply with a return authorization and address.

 

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made an error).

 

Wrong/undeliverable address, lost/stolen after delivery: please file with the carrier; we’ll assist where possible.

 

Exchanges: tell us the new color/variant and we’ll confirm stock.
